Our Chateau home in Issaquah has now been through a treatment of two primer and two finish coats. In between each of these, our critique process ensures every corner, bevel, joint, nook and cranny is given detailed attention. Caulk, spackle, and attentive sanding ensure a near perfect finish. The final coat of semi-gloss produces a surface that is very durable and completely smooth to the touch.
Once the right process and system for creating finished millwork has been implemented, it’s hard to believe what was once underneath. Check out these photos to see what kind of finished surface is possible.
Next up, wall treatment!
